2. Purpose of the Web Site

The purpose of the Web Site is to provide information about the products marketed by Soul Tariff and integrate an online purchasing system aimed at consumers and professionals.

3. Conditions of Purchase

3.1. Purchasing process

To place an order, the user must register or provide the necessary data for shipping and billing. After confirming the payment, the order will be processed and shipped.

3.2. Forms of payment

Payments by credit/debit card, PayPal, Bizum and other secure payment platforms are accepted. Soul Tariff does not store customers' bank details; processing is performed by certified gateways.

3.3. Shipments

3.4. Returns and exchanges (right of withdrawal)

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request an exchange or return (withdrawal). The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with its label and original packaging. The procedure, costs of return (if any) and exceptions are detailed in Shipping and Returns.

4. Pricing

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the VAT corresponding. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown before finalizing the purchase.

5. Product availability
