Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship to Spain, Portugal, European Union countries and also to international destinations.
If at the end of the purchase something does not allow you to move forward, please write to us at pedidos@tarifasoul.com or by WhatsApp at +34 648 854 154.
How much does shipping cost?
Spain and Portugal
- Shipping free on purchases over 49 € (except decoration, which has 6 €).
- In smaller orders: 6 € a Peninsula.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar: 15 €.
Rest of Europe and the world: the cost depends on the destination and is calculated at the end of the purchase.
Customs not included, if applicable.
When will my order arrive?
- National: normally 24-48 working hours.
- International: usually takes 2-5 working days, depending on destination.
EU / Switzerland Orders (DDP): what does it mean?
Within the EU, shipments are tax included.
For Switzerland, the price includes VAT, duties and handling fees; in case of return, these costs are not refunded.
How long do I have to exchange or return?
You have up to 15 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange or return.
How do I request a refund?
First write to us at devoluciones@tarifasoul.com and we will guide you through the steps.
Returns are not handled by WhatsApp.
What conditions must the article meet?
So that everything goes back home just as it came out:
- In perfect condition and unused.
- With tags and original packaging.
- Sent by courier (not regular mail).
Where do you accept returns from?
Yes, we accept from: Mainland Spain (including Portugal), Balearic Islands and EU countries.
We do not accept from: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the EU (including Switzerland).
Can you pick up the return at my home?
Yes, we can manage it with MRW by 6 €which is deducted from the reimbursement.
If I had free shipping, can you change the refund if I return part of it?
If your order had free shipping for exceeding 49 €The final amount is lower after the refund, you can deduct 6 € of shipping costs (in addition to the pickup if it was made with MRW).
When do I receive my refund?
This is done in the same method of payment and may take up to 15 days to be reflected.
Is it safe to shop at Tarifa Soul?
Yes, payments are made through secure platforms and your data is encrypted.
What payment methods do you offer?
Card, PayPal, wire transfer and, if available on your gateway, Bizum.
You can also pay with Klarna in 3 installments (if applicable).
Where are you?
We have physical stores in Tarifa (center and beach area). As the opening hours change according to the season, we recommend you to confirm it on Google or write us.
