Is it safe to buy through the web?
At Tarifa Soul we are aware of the importance of security on the Internet. For this reason we guarantee total security in your purchases made in our online store. Tarifa Soul uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in e-commerce. In this sense, confidential data, such as bank and personal information, etc. are only entered in the financial institution's own system, so that the data is encrypted and no one has access to them. Payments are made securely by credit card, transfer or Paypal.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in Spain and Portugal (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar, which is 15€) on purchases over 49€ (except decoration, which is 6€). On lower orders, the shipping cost is 6€ to mainland Spain and 15€ to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar. In the rest of Europe and the rest of the world, shipping costs depend on the country of shipment. When you fill in the data and complete the order, the shipping costs will appear.

Customs charges, if any, are not included in our rates.

Orders within the European Union
All orders shipped to European Union countries are shipped according to the international trade rule known as DDP ("Delivery Duty Paid"), which requires that all taxes are included in the final price. Deliveries to Switzerland: The price of all items includes sales tax (Value Added Tax - VAT) as well as duties and handling fees. In case of return, duties and handling fees will not be refunded.

What is the delivery time?

National: 24 - 48 working hours.

International: 2 to 5 working days.

At Soul Tariff we hope you enjoy your order.

If for some reason it does not meet your expectations, you may request a exchange or return within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from date of delivery.

✅ General terms and conditions of return

  • Items must be in their original statewith all its labels and in its original packaging (Tarifa Soul fabric bag).

  • If you do not have the original courier bag, it should be sent in a similar size package.

  • If these conditions are not met, the following may apply additional costs.

🌍 Scope of application of returns

Returns will only be accepted from:

  • Iberian Peninsula (including Portugal)

  • Balearic Islands

  • Countries belonging to the European Economic Community (EEC)

❌ No refunds will be accepted since:

  • Canary Islands

  • Ceuta

  • Melilla

  • Countries outside the EEC (including Switzerland or others considered tax havens)

🔄 Return options in Peninsula and Balearic Islands

  1. Exchange for another item

    • If you choose another product from our web site and the amount is higher than 49 €you will pay neither shipping nor return shipping costs (only in the case of the first change).

  2. Return sent by customer

    • You can send the package to the address we will provide you by email.

    • The shipment must always be made by messagingnever by regular mail.

  3. Pickup with MRW managed by Tarifa Soul

    • If you prefer that we manage the collection with MRW at your home, this service has a cost of 6 €which will be deducted from the reimbursement.

🚚 Free Shipping & Returns

  • If your initial order exceeded 49 €you had free shipping.

  • If you return part or all of the order and the final amount that you keep does not reach the 49 €will be deducted 6 € shipping and handling on your refund (plus return shipping costs if MRW picked up your package).

💳 Refunds

  • Reimbursement will always be made at the same form of payment used in the purchase.

  • It may take up to 15 days to be reflected in your account.
