SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free in Spain and Portugal (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar, which is 15€) on purchases over 49€ (except decoration, which is 6€). For lower orders, the shipping cost is 6 € to mainland Spain and 15 € to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar. In the rest of Europe and the world the costs depend on the country of shipment. When you fill in the data and complete the order, the shipping costs will appear.

Orders within the European Union All orders shipped within the European Union are shipped according to the international trade rule known as DDP (“Delivery Duty Paid”), which requires that all taxes are included in the final price. Deliveries to Switzerland: The price of all items includes sales tax (Value Added Tax – VAT) as well as customs duties and handling fees. In the event of a return, fees and processing costs will not be refunded.

RETURNS
Can I exchange or return the purchased items? Yes, at Tarifa Soul we make an effort to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have received an order and you are not satisfied with any of the items, you can request a return as long as you meet the conditions that you can read below, we will give you a voucher that has no expiration date with the amount of the items and that you can use whenever you want.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of arrival to make the return. If the goods are faulty or defective, in accordance with the Defective Goods Act, Tarifa Soul will immediately replace the product with an identical product if available, or we will refund the cost of the goods. If, on the other hand, the return is not due to any fault on our part, Tarifa Soul will not be liable for the costs of returning the goods. To do so, follow the steps below. Under no circumstances will you be reimbursed the price paid for such products, but you will be offered the possibility of exchanging them for another product by means of a voucher with no expiration date.
Steps to follow in the event of a return if it is not due to a Soul Fare failure
1. Request your return via e-mail to pedidos@tarifasoul.com within 14 calendar days from the date on which the order was received by the courier company.
2. Please let us know in this e-mail the order number, the reason for returning the item. In the event of our failure, please provide us with the address of the package with the item to be returned. If it is not due to any fault on our part, we will send you an email with the steps to follow. You can email us atpedidos@tarifasoul.com.
3. In case of our failure, the next step is to prepare the package for collection.
4. Identify the package with the details provided below and we will send a courier service at our expense to collect it:

The return must meet these conditions to be accepted. Once the item has been received at our offices and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the acceptance of the return with the corresponding voucher.
Purchase coupons Once the return has been processed and accepted, Tarifa Soul will provide you with a voucher for the value of the purchase as soon as possible. This purchase coupon will have no expiry date and must be exchanged through our e-mail address pedidos@tarifasoul.com. You can write to us and tell us which products you are interested in.
